Beige Leather Loveseat, Swivel Recliner in Morrisville, North Carolina For Sale

In very good condition and very comfortable! Only damage thus far noted was on the recliner - a pen marking which could be scrubbed off, and a tear near the footrest (mostly hidden). May consider selling separate, please make offer if interested.
UPDATE: found some damage to the love seat, some pen markings that again could be scrubbed off and two small spots of damage to the leather on the right armrest.
UPDATE 2: apparently the recliner handle does not work. I'm sure this is fixable with a little work. Price reduced.
